On October 7th 2010, Athena Energy invited as a guest speaker, Mr. Normand Mousseau, a professor of physics at the University of Montreal who holds the position of Canadian research chair in computational physics of complex materials. His conference addressed the realities of the global energy market and challenges for Canada's oil shale gas. Mr. Mousseau is following very closely the energy situation since 2005. The Athena Energy team started the year 2011 with an energetic activity; by living the adventure of dog sledding in Rawdon. By participating in this activity with Kinadapt, the team learned to prepare and direct the dogs. Just like humans, these dogs need to feel we have a sense a direction and know their role in a team!
Team Kinadapt, passionate people, decided to a name to a dog after Athena, because of its dynamic and leadership nature; a very special dog, energetic, curious and attracted by humans.
